Registration Registration is limited to around 100 attendees plus presenters. All bookings for the event and the on-site lodging arrangements are confirmed on a first come, first served basis. There are no provisions for attendees using off-site lodging. Some event lodging options are very popular, but limited in number. It is important to register early to have the best chance of reserving your first choice for lodging. Summer WoW has a "NO REFUNDS POLICY" in effect.
Summer WoW is a 5 day, 4 night event which opens 3pm on Wednesday afternoon and closes at 2pm on Sunday. For those who are unable to be there for the entire Summer WoW experience, we offer the option of registering for Thurdsay through Sunday, or Friday through Sunday. Summer WoW is an immersive event so we do not offer day passes or off-site lodging.
The registration process starts with you visiting the Registration Page for us to process. Lodging assignments need to be hand processed due to limited availability of some lodging options. MK_Desires will email back to you with your lodging assignment and your bill for the event. A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation. The deposit and the full balance are required by the deadline dates noted in your acknowledgment email. Late fees will be applied to payments posted after the deadline dates. We have a "No Refunds" policy in force.
If you want to order a custom designed and hand crafted Summer WoW '26 T-shirt you can purchase this along with your registration for the event. More information about shirts is located HERE. (back to top)
